A3SEO is not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is governed by the applicable third party's terms and policies.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. A3SEO disclaims all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty regarding the accuracy, reliability, or performance of the Services. A3SEO does not guarantee any specific traffic, ranking, revenue, or business outcome.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, A3SEO and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or relating to your use of the Services. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
